  1. Online Orders – Change of Mind

You may cancel online orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Items must be unused and returned within 14 days of cancellation.

  1. In-Store Purchases

Change-of-mind returns for in-store purchases are at our discretion and subject to proof of purchase.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Includes opened food, perishable goods, hygiene items, and gift cards (unless faulty).

  1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Handled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  1. Return Costs

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
